Two groups of five teams, the first in the final — and the rule that prohibits the double
Structure of the institution
The 10 teams were divided into 2 groups of 5. Each matchday, one team from each group was left out (taking turns). The first of each group qualified for the final.
The "no double" rule«
The same team is not allowed to claim both titles. If the first team in the group qualifies for both league final through the Play Offs, the place in the Cup final is taken by second of the group.

Τελική βαθμολογία Α΄ Ομίλου (14/2/2026), μετά την επικύρωση των εξ αναβολής αγώνων. Τριπλή ισοβαθμία στην κορυφή με 9 βαθμούς — η κατάταξη κρίθηκε στα μεταξύ τους αποτελέσματα: πρώτο το ALPHA TV, που πήρε τη θέση στον τελικό Κυπέλλου, δεύτερο το OPEN TV, τρίτος ο ΠΟΣΥ Βουλής. Αν το ALPHA TV έβγαινε πρώτο και στο πρωτάθλημα, τη θέση του θα έπαιρνε η αμέσως επόμενη ομάδα.

Tied at the top with 10 points — preceded by SYTATE Ethniki on goal difference (+15 vs. +8). The group was completed on 7/2/2026. However, because SYTATE also qualified for the league final, the Cup final went to ANT1 TV.
